A special Subway-inspired Wayfarer releases from Ray-Ban. Featuring a pattern replicating New York City’s iconic subway system, the Wayfarers come with a red leather case. The Ray-Ban “Subway” Wayfarer is limited to 100 pieces and will be only available through swagger retailers across Japan.

2011 Spring/Summer collection: Maison Martin Margiela

Maison Martin Margiela just dropped these painted high-top sneakers from its Spring/Summer collection for 2011.





The sneakers feature an off-white suede upper that has subsequently been covered in white paint which continues to drip down onto the natural rubber sole.





Fastened with wide, beige, cotton laces, the model already has the appearance of wear and tear. The hi-tops are available now from LN-CC for £335 (approximately $520 USD)

America’s last remaining denim mills "24 Pairs inside earth""

Tenue de Nimes teams up with Raleigh Denim to create a very small run of 24 pairs of pants fabricated from one of America’s last remaining denim mills, Cone Mills. In a video highlighting the process, dedicated hands work meticulously with the indigo dyed 11.5 oz selvedge canvas. The made in U.S. pants will feature “contrast gold stitching, triple needle fell seems and chain stitched hems”. Produced atop a series of Leonardo Da Vinci prints, Futura Labs introduces a new set of canvas art prints from Futura.



Offered in a multitude of options, the prints come in 10 different sizes, all featuring the artist’s iconic pointman creation. The prints are made-to-order with production to delivery estimated at 3 weeks.




Prices vary from ¥22,050 (Approx. $268 USD) to ¥44,100 (approx. $535 USD) with sizes ranging between 257mm/301mm/ 21mm to 515mm/603mm/42mm.

10th Anniversary Reebok x Insta Pump Fury

Continuing with last year’s 10th Anniversary celebrations, Japanese sneaker collab kings atmos unveil yet another release that was part of the retailer’s string of anniversary drops. Steering clear of the colorful combinations they’ve become synonymous for, atmos kept things quite simple with a white/blue scheme. Executed on Reebok’s on Insta Pump Fury, the sneakers find inspiration from your standard variety dry-ease boards, packed with a marker than allows for complete customization. A release is scheduled for January 29 via atmos Tokyo with a price tag of ¥21,000 (approx. $255 USD). Only 100 pairs were produced, each individually marked.

Grown Black/Violet : Jordan V.2

Primitive takes stock of this new release from Jordan Brand. Initially previewed during the close of 2010, the brand’s lifestyle-geared V.2 Grown was given a colorful treatment to contrast past releases that focused on earth tone colorways. This specific pair features a soft black leather upper coupled with violet spark outsoles over a sleek mid top design. Look for further vibrant colorways to drop much as the season progresses. For those interested, this black/violet makeup is now available.
